Journable Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Journable Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Multicoded LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal mailing address at 113 Cherry St PMB 42861, Seattle, WA 98104, United States (“Journable”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

Affiliates can earn a commission by referring new users to Journable via their unique referral code. All accepted Affiliates will be provided access to their referral code and regular performance reports.

4. Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate commission is attributed based on successful redemption of your referral code. We are not responsible for missed tracking due to user error, third-party interference, device settings, ad blockers, code-sharing platforms, or technical issues beyond our control. Only the first successfully redeemed referral code per user account will be eligible for commission. Subsequent code uses or account transfers will not reset the 24-month commission period.

5. Program Termination or Modification

Journable reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. Commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid. No further commissions will be earned beyond the termination date.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Journable reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions at its sole discretion in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. We also reserve the right to audit affiliate activity or request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of referrals. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.

This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship. You are an independent contractor.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to commissions paid to you in the past six months.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
